Annette has been a professional baker and cake decorator for over 25 years. She has baked in small privately owned bakeries in Boston, Baltimore, and South Florida as well as large corporate bakeries.

Got a cookie monger in your house to feed? Made from scratch with only the finest ingredients, our cookies are sure to soothe the savage beast in your family! If you're not in the mood for cookies we also have brownies, eclairs, almond horns, and more to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Gelato is Italian Ice Cream. It has less butterfat than American ice cream and doesn't have a lot of air incorporated into it so it is a denser product than American ice cream. Essentially less fat and more flavor!
